Great price -Left my little girl 10 months old cat, she was so happy when I picked her up, when I called they gave me honest feedback. Absolutely brilliant. Our Vizsla is nervous and struggles to eat when he's away from home, but Andrea and Gareth tried everything they could to help him settle and it worked. Our Labradors first went to the kennels last October to meet Andrea and Gareth before a short stay two weeks later. The dogs took to them straight away and I felt very comfortable leaving them in their care.
We have just boarded our boys for their first full week and I was delighted in happy and relaxed they were on their return home.
Alconbury Hill are excellent to deal with, emails are responded to quickly and the system for booking is very efficient.
Everything about your pets individual care is taken into consideration and I can’t thank them enough for looking after our dogs so well.

We have used the kennels for a couple of years now and it becomes a family. Once again excellent service. Bramble goes in wagging his little tail very happy whilst i'm in tears. Understanding - “We have been taking our two dogs, TJ and Marley to these kennels now for around 10 years. Gareth and Andrea have always been understanding how upsetting it can be to have to leave your animals but in my opinion they treat all their animal guests as their own and also become very attached to them. When we are away they always keep me informed by email that they are fine to make it easier to leave then. My dogs have always had the same kennel each time they go, which again helps the dogs to settle easier as they are already familiar with their surroundings. We recently boarded our dog for the first time at Alconbury Hill after feeling a little nervous since being the first time. Gareth & Andrea could not have put both us and our dog at ease anymore and completely understood just what it meant leaving our dog for the first time. After an arranged introduction to meet our dog we knew immediately this was the right place. Gareth & Andrea are a credit to the industry and true professionals and lovely people.
