Alconbury Hill Kennels and Cattery OUR KENNELS
Be at ease knowing your dog is being well looked after
Every dog in our care is exercised three times a day because we feel regular exercise and interaction is essential for the comfort of all dogs. Each of our 25 kennels have a sleeping area which is fully heated and a sheltered outdoor run. We have a mixture of single and double sized pens and triples for smaller dogs who are from the same household and large kennels for giant breeds.
What To Bring
All our kennels have individual internal sleeping areas and large undercover outside runs. We like to play 24 hours of radio so they have some company and we know it has a calming effect. We provide clean plastic beds and bedding but recommend you bring any favourite toy, blanket or comfort item that will help to calm and relax them on arrival.
Food
Food is included, wet (Forthglade), dry (Royal Canin) or a combination of both, all food is free from preservatives, colourings and flavours and is hypo-allergenic but you are more than welcome to bring their own if preferred.
Remember to make sure vaccinations are up-to-date
It is mandatory that all dogs are up to date with their annual vaccinations including the kennel cough vaccination and records must be provided upon arrival. Please make sure the kennel cough vaccine has been administered at least 2 weeks prior to boarding with us.
All dogs are fully insured for veterinary expenses whilst in our care, unless they have a pre-existing condition. Any previous or current medical conditions must be advised at booking stage and medication supplied.
